Our onboarding process is fully digital and designed to be straightforward.
The process typically includes:
• initial discovery conversation
• secure document collection
• signed engagement agreement via e-signature
• software access and setup
• account review and cleanup if needed
• reporting cadence and communication preferences
Once onboarding is complete, we begin monthly bookkeeping and reporting support.
Most clients receive monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and supporting insights based on the scope of service. Advisory clients may also receive KPI summaries, cash flow reporting, and strategic review support.
Services are typically billed on a recurring monthly basis according to the agreed scope of work.
Any one-time cleanup, catch-up, or migration projects are quoted separately.
Billing details and service terms are clearly outlined during onboarding and included in your engagement agreement.
